The Curriculum

What you’ll train

A weekend built around the Inosanto lineage — weapons, empty hand, and the methodology behind how it is taught. Come for one art, leave with the connections between all of them.

01

Kali

An extensive look at the art and science of Kali — Filipino martial arts: single and double stick, knife, empty hand.

02

Madajapahit Silat

Indonesian silat — footwork, sweeps, locks and the close-quarter concepts that define the system.

03

Jun Fan / Jeet Kune Do

Bruce Lee’s method as passed down through Guro Dan Inosanto — trapping, interception, economy of motion.

04

XTMA Kickboxing & Grappling

Striking and grappling arts as XTMA trains them, integrated rather than taught in isolation.

05

Methodology & Philosophy

Teaching methodology and pedagogy, philosophical concepts coupled with history, and a discussion on XTMA’s goals as representatives of Sifu / Magulang na Guro Inosanto.

06

Open to Everyone

The camp is open to the public. Come as a complete beginner or as a working instructor — the material is layered so both walk away with something to take home.
