Kali & Silat

Weapons, empty hands, and close-quarters control — trained the Inosanto Method way.

Friday 12–1pm
Kali stick training at XTMA

Where weapons and empty hands teach the same lesson.

Kali is the Filipino art of stick, blade, and empty-hand combat. Silat is the Indonesian art of close-quarters leverage, sweeps, and takedowns. Trained together, they build attributes that transfer everywhere — timing, angles, footwork, and the ability to read distance under pressure.

You will start with single stick and basic footwork patterns, then layer in flow drills, empty-hand translation, and Silat entries. No experience is needed, and every drill scales to your level.
